Can I modify my booking after it has been confirmed?

Yes, we understand plans can change. You can modify your booking subject to yacht availability by contacting our reservations team. Changes to your date, time, or guest count should be requested as early as possible. Modification policies vary by yacht and timing, so please reach out to our team who will work with you to accommodate your needs.

What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy varies by yacht. Some vessels offer full refunds for cancellations made 24+ hours in advance, while others require 48+ hours notice for a full refund. Certain yachts may offer partial refunds for cancellations made 72+ hours before departure. Cancellations made less than 24 or 48 hours (depending on the yacht) may not be fully refundable. The specific cancellation terms for each yacht are clearly displayed on the vessel's detail page before booking. Weather-related cancellations determined unsafe by our captain are always fully refundable or can be rescheduled at no charge.

Are there any additional fees I should be aware of?

Our quoted prices include the yacht charter, professional crew, fuel, and standard water toys. Additional costs may include gratuity for the crew (typically 15-20%), premium beverage packages, catering upgrades, special equipment rentals, and dock fees at certain marinas. All potential fees will be clearly communicated during the booking process and before confirmation.

How far in advance should I book my yacht?

We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (November-April) and holidays. For special events like weddings or corporate gatherings, book 2-3 months ahead. Last-minute bookings may be available depending on fleet availability—check our real-time availability calendar or contact us directly.

Is there Wi-Fi available on the yacht?

Wi-Fi is not available on our yachts. We encourage guests to disconnect and fully immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the Sea of Cortez. Cell phone signal is generally available within coastal areas but may be limited in remote bays and offshore locations.

What activities are available during the voyage?

Activities vary by itinerary and location but typically include snorkeling at vibrant reefs, paddleboarding in calm bays, whale watching (seasonal December-April), swimming at Chileno Bay, Santa Maria Bay, or Cabo Bay, cruising past the iconic Cabo Arch and Lover's Beach, sunset cruising, and simply relaxing onboard with music and drinks while soaking in the stunning Baja coastline.
